Primer and Moisture Management

Self-Smoothing System Application

Antimicrobial Topcoat and Testing

The floor is finished with a chemical-resistant topcoat incorporating silver-ion antimicrobial technology where specified. For ESD and conductive installations in operating theatres, resistance testing to IEC 61340 is carried out and certificated at handover without exception.

  • Chemical-Resistant Epoxy at 2 to 4mm: Formulated for research and analytical laboratories exposed to aggressive solvents, concentrated acids, and bases. Resists sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, acetone, and MEK at working concentrations. Harder and less flexible than PU: appropriate for static bench areas with chemical exposure rather than high-traffic walkways.
  • ESD and Conductive Resin at 2 to 3mm: Antistatic or conductive formulation for operating theatres and equipment-sensitive environments. Copper earth grid, conductive primer, and certified ESD topcoat. Resistance tested and certificated post-installation to IEC 61340.
